Presentation of the Norm Masters Club was held
Jan 17, 2024
The first stage of the certification exam for members of the Norm Masters Club was held within the framework of the partnership between “Norm” OJSC and the Quality Assurance Agency in Education (TKTA). At this stage, the theoretical knowledge of the masters was assessed, and 27 people took the exam. The theoretical exam required answering test tasks on the modules of the “Construction Master” professional specialty. Masters who successfully complete the first stage will be involved in the practical exam in the second stage. Masters who successfully pass both stages will be presented with a document confirming their professional qualification by TKTA.
It should be noted that a Memorandum of Understanding on the recognition of non-formal and informal education was signed between "Norm" OJSC and the Education Quality Assurance Agency (EKTA) at the beginning of this year. The cooperation includes the implementation of projects related to the assessment and recognition of the knowledge and skills of construction masters.
The purpose of the implementation of the project in question is to contribute to the professional development of construction workers, create conditions for increasing their sustainable employment opportunities, and support the improvement of their social well-being.
